Vegan Shack was first established in Dimeji & Saffron's 1-bedroom apartment in Salford Quays, Manchester with a straightforward mission... To make delicious plant-based fast food accessible to people outside of Manchester City centre.

After spending his last bit of money on some ingredients from Tesco, Dimeji began working on some recipes and putting a simple 3 item menu together. After a taste test with some of their friends who lived in the apartment building, it was clear this was something that Manchester was missing.

The Vegan Shack mission is simple... make delicious tasting plant-based alternative fast food accessible to as many people as possible, with no compromise on taste and no compromise on the planet!
